Another walking workout is here and this time it's a 30 minute metabolic weight loss walking workout. This is an all standing, no jumping, completly knee friendly workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat thanks to the short intervals.
This walking workout features a number of core engaging exercises that will help you strengthen and tone your belly at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this walking workout, skip all the breaks or add a light pair wrist weights.
