Celebrate Heart Healthy 2022 with Walk with a Doc and Walk at Home

This new 2 Mile "heart-healthy" workout from Walk at Home featuring Dr. David Sabgir, Pittsburgh Walk with a Doc Leader Dr. Natalie Gentile, WWAD staff, and family was created in celebration of our friendship with Walk at Home (thank you Leslie Sansone) to spread the good news of walking for heart health.

Adored (Walk with a Doc) 2 Mile Walk! I had stopped exercising due to a trip on a sidewalk. She 'switch my light bulb on' and is energetic! Thanks.

My baby is 9 months old and this is the first thing close to a workout I’ve done since I was pregnant lol. Definitely got the heart pumping!

That was great! I had a bad sleep last night and didnt feel like exercising this morning. Found this and thought I'd give it a try. So pleased i did. That 30 mins flew by!!

Vintage Leslie Sansone -been recently doing her sessions from 2021 on my active rest days in between strength training as in winter here in Southern Hemisphere -one has to give her the credit
