Thank you Shellea. I started exercising with u 6 month ago. At my 63, I was feeling like a physical and emotional wreck when started. Now 6 month later and 14 kg lighter I feel great. You have been my motivation and I'm so grateful to you. Keep doing what you are doing, its FABULOUS.

I am a guy over 55 and found this workout really pushed me to do more. I used a lot less weights and paced myself but was engaged. I have built up to be able to do this workout. I feel good. Thank you.

Oh My Gosh!!!! I was only able to complete 20 minutes of this workout this morning because my internet is via Satellite and my computer kept streaming and I had to get to work. I've had so much energy today after only 20 minutes that I was bouncing off the walls. Who needs coffee???? I love these workouts Shelly!!!!

I have not worked out in a month due to pneumonia. How amazing this was the one I picked to start back up. "Where your thoughts go your energy flows." When did I decide I could not do this anymore? Your workouts have been exactly what I needed. I'm only in my early 30s and have struggled for years with my strength and weight. Turns out I was doing the wrong kind of workouts for my body. My body just can't handle the tear and repair and I was always soo sore that I couldn't keep up a consistent routine and my weight would go up instead of down. Your workouts are so gentle that I don't hurt during or after while still being challenging enough to get my heart rate up. I've only been using your videos for a week and a half and I'm already down 10 lbs! Thank you!!

Hi everyone, I really enjoyed this workout, have been following Fabulous 50, s for a few weeks and really enjoying it. I have worked up to 10, 000 steps a day. Shellea's positive and friendly outlook, sets me up for my day. I was a bit flat this morning, been great all week, however today, just felt I needed a pick me up. I found myself singing along, this felt up beat, new and fun. Thank you. X

As with many due to the pandemic at 69 I lost my job and put on weight. I found you and I admit worked out at first occasionally and only for 5 to 10 minute videos. In the last couple of weeks I have added more and 15 and 20 minute workouts. Today, I saw this workout. You were absolutely right... started out as a 1 I feel like a 10. Thanks you!!

I am doing the 14 days workout with Fabulous 50...It is so much fun but I am following u all the way because I no that one day, one day my belly will b gone by God's grace I am just doing the exercise From last week exercise I feel so different today Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow ...I no that doing the exercise each day, I will lose the belly fat. So I am not worrying but try to follow along
