Thank you! 💖 Your walking workouts are great! They are a nice replacement for another cardio workout on running or some other monotonous movements. I'm able to keep my heartrate in a comfortable for me zone and keep adequate intensity. The need to coordinate my movements is another benefit of your workouts.

Great little workout, and so useful as I get over my cold or whatever I have. I still burned 235 active calories with an average heart rate of 113bpm. Later I might try it with my ankle weights and see how that affects my numbers, but at least I am moving, which is critical to my weight loss. Thanks
