Thank you for joining me for this 2 mile walk! All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in!

Lauren...I have searched for a long time, trying different online "Personal Trainers" and your channel is a ✨BREATH OF FRESH AIR✨
You keep it interesting, and I've tried so many new things!! You're just lovely...inside and out!! I'm a 67 year old, who refuses to remember that, and constantly fights to stay active. With ALL THE CHOICES in your channel, I seriously doubt I'll ever see the same workout twice!! The concern you give to our aging bodies, making it gentler on our joints, but keeping it CHALLENGING AND FUN...BRAVO👏👏👏
Btw...I even got a cute workout outfit...first one!! Thank you for your dedication, Lauren❤️Lisa

43 year old mom battling depression. I felt like such a loser that I had to do a "senior" workout. But thank you so much for providing me with exercise that didn't make me feel like a failure 🙏

This was called aerobics in the 1980s; we did these moves in classes with our sweat headbands and ankle warmers 😂 Glad I can finally do this at home alone, 40 years later 🤣.

I'm 53 and also struggled with the "idea" that I need to do "senior" workouts. Here's the thing- that's a lie! Moving, having fun, and just being like a kid again- nothing wrong with that. This is a safe and fun way to get back into "exercise." Thank you for creating these videos. We are beautiful at any age- don't let the enemy tell you different!

Dear Lauren, I am 61 yrs old and live on a sailboat and I would like to thank you! I started doing this workout 3 days a week, last week in my galley and have lost 1 pound already! 49 to go!
For anyone who thinks they need a lot of room to do this work out I'm proof you don't. Thanks so much for getting me moving!!

This is basically aerobics from the 70s and 80s. I remember doing similar workouts while a grad student. I prefer this to anything else because you're moving but I can follow you easily. Thanks for bringing this back! More fun than walking!

3175 steps for me, thank you! I'm not a senior, but I'm not an athlete either. This workout helps me stay fit enough to live my life how I need and want to. It also helped me get a good start on my daily step goal. I'm so thankful! Blessings to all of you.

Honestly, this workout I have now done twice. I'm recovering 4 months down the line from heart valve replacement (born with faulty aortic valve) . I've progressed from walking to cardio based workouts . I only found your channel last week and the level of challenge is perfect for me. Thank you for giving me the confidence and stamina to be able to progress in my health and fitness.

Lauren, I am from the South of India. 52 yr old mom, not very athletic. 2 months since my hysterectomy surgery. Found this workout so doable. Music is fun too. Best part is, I sweat it out but don't feel so achy like many others. Aiming to get fitter. Thank you.

I am 50 years old & have issues with hips & back, I'm menopausal, hypothyroid & have been through cancer twice & other surgeries. I used to workout 2 hours a day 3-5 days a week & lift weights. I find I cannnot do the intense workouts I ince did. I'm grateful for videos like these where the movements are more fluid & slower & gets the heart rate up too. I find slower, more fluid movements allows me to get a good workout in & provides workouts I'm able to physically do. I enjoy your videos. I also love fitness walking outdoors & on the treadmill. The pace of this video is really great!
