I lost 28 lbs in 3 months by doing Leslie’s walks videos (and a good diet). No other fitness instructor as welcoming as leslie.

Trust me guys her videos are awesome, her exercises are very effective. Just follow a healthy diet and do these exercises believe me you will see the difference.

Im saying coz it worked for me. No need to go out for long walks or spend heavy on gyms.

Have been doing this for a little over a year and have lost over 100 pounds although I've struggled with my diet. It has definitely increased my fitness level.

I'm a 22 year old woman who has to sit all day due to study schedule and i started doing this today. i must say it was a very useful workout since it causes you to sweat a lot. As a person who hates working out in public, this literally saved my life. Thank you so much.

Two miles was definitely a challenge for me. I stumbled a few times but I didn't give up. I feel so good. She is the best.

Started doing a 30 or 45 minute video everyday since the start of May and I’m down 10 pounds!!!! Walking has been so good for my mental health and I start the day feeling so bright. Thank you Leslie for motivating me every day 🚶🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️❤️

been walking for three months on June 27! Thank you Leslie u really helped me lose some weight I do 1hr walking workout everyday and I am loving the results already lose 9kgs in almost three months... O do this everyday because of quarantine.. with discipline of of course on what I eat.. I eat light foods at night and only 1cup of rice for afternoon.. I did it guys, I know you can do it too!! just like what Leslie said "we just need to keep showing everyday" love from Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️

Also would like to say that i started walking with Leslie occasionally in Dec 2020, then seriously started Every Day In january 2021!
I also am doing the fasting. I have lost 10 pounds today!!! and lost 2" in my stomach, which is where i was wanting to lose!
I'm very proud of myself. I'm 63, retired. I do 30 minute walk everyday, usually 5 to 7 days a week. I will not stop!!
I'm actually trying to encourage my sister to do this. Shes starting out at 1 mile, and will work up to 2 miles.

I discovered your walk at home videos during Covid lockdown. You are so encouraging and motivating. I’m still doing them because they are fantastic….Helping me to simply be more active. I hope to be doing these into my 70s/80s.
