Start your fitness journey off on the right foot in 2023 with this beginner workout routine! This 10-minute, joint-friendly, and low-impact routine is perfect for those just starting their fitness journey or for those who want to add a daily workout to their routine.
This routine is designed to be done every day for maximum results. Not only will you be sweating it out, but you'll also be smashing 1200 steps.
This workout is an extract from my Sweat, Sculpt & Shred 12-week program. Only 20 minutes per day, it's the first-ever low-impact and joint-friendly program that doesn't include floor workouts, squats, or lunges. But it will give you a full body strengthening and conditioning workout.

First time of doing this - did it at the end of one of your 5000 speed walking workouts as I hadn't burned the calories I wanted to!! Really enjoyed this one. Found your workouts in 2019 and have been doing them since whenever I can't get to the gym, the difference in my fitness between my first 5000 step workout and today is huge and I thought I would struggle with this one but I smashed it. I owe most of my 3 stone weight loss to your workouts so thank you!

Perfekt for me as well with my knee and hip joint problems...but I refuse to give up! Rick you're the best! Thank you for keeping us moving, no matter what age we are or what problems we have. I have a torn meniscus and found it hard to do cardio. This one was such a refreshing cardio and was really easy on my knees. Thank you so much for this exercise.

first time i had an ad in the middle of the workout, I must needed it cuz i was feeling tired 😆😮‍💨 this 10 minutes was a cardio fat burning quicky 💪🏾my legs and arms will thank you tomorrow, maybe 😅💜

Thank you Rick for this 10 workout! I’m 50 in menopause and I just don’t want those crazy workouts with jumping and burpees etc… this was perfect easy to follow and got my sweat on! Had energy for 10 mins of Pilates after as well! And energy for the grand-babies! TY keep these coming! ❤

My husband has never done a workout video in his life. But he said he needed to do some cardio. I said I have just the guy! We did thus workout today and it was so fun! And average HR was 142 with a peak of 176! I'd say cardio mission accomplished! Thanks Rick!!
