This is great for beginners, I started with you 2 years ago doing the daily practice full body routine and stretching for beginners routine every day. I feel better and stronger at 50, than I have. 🎉 animal flow was too difficult but is my goal at 59 years old. After searching for an ultra beginner workout, this one was da one!! Not only can I do this everyday and work up to animal flow, I felt amazing in all of my joints. Thank you so much!

These are all great exercises that I'm going to do. I'm hoping that doing things like deadbugs will really help strengthen my core and alleviate back pain. I've heard that hanging is really good for the shoulders. Josh do you have any suggestions for piriformis pain? I don't know why but this is the first Strength Side video that I've received a notification for in a while. I low-key thought Josh was on a sabbatical. But I'm glad I received the notification for this video.
