PUSH DAY
[Sets of 3 each]
Bench press 6 - 8
Shoulder press 8 - 10
Incline dumbbell fly's 10 - 15
Triceps pushdown 10 - 15
Abs 10 min

I started using an online routine as a 13 year and after a month I made my own routine and have been using it for a few days, I'ma work on my diet while doing this routine and see, my reason for doing all this is: a. I'm underweight for my age
b. I wanna sign up for track and field
c. It's never bad to be healthy as long as it's for you and not others

My routine (i got this from a video)

Monday- push day
i hit my shoulders, chest and triceps early morning

And i run for 20 minutes doing my cardio in the evening

Tuesday - Pull day
I hit my back and biceps by doing curls and pullups

Again i run for 20 mins in the evening

Wednesday - Leg day😢 I hit ny calves, glutes and others

Running

Thursday - only running but i increase it to 45 minutes and i do abs without equipment by doing planks, crunches etc

Friday - Push day with running again

Saturday and sunday - i repeat pull day and leg day once again but this time i switch it to the afternoons.

This workout split is the push pull leg split and there is a lot of online tutorials that go more in dept
