Thank you! I know this workout is only 10 mins, but that means I can do it! I’m so unfit and every workout I try and fail leave me feeling rubbish about myself. I did this one! So pleased and I’m gonna keep going!

Hello Rick, I tried this workout last week. Couldn't complete it😢. But today, I DID IT. I am so happy and proud of myself and I am thankful for you and your encouragement. I am still enjoying Miley&Beyonce as my first workout, this one with be my second workout and the bedtime will be the last one for the day. I'm 64, got WAY too sedentary through the COVID years; my focus with your videos is to get my stamina back up. Improving heart function. And yeah, if I can lose some weight, awesome.

Holy cow, I can do this one! You and Leslie Sansone are the only two I can follow with much coordination and even hers have a few spots when I just walk briskly because that’s all I can do.

We’re not all physically coordinated and many of us struggle with workouts not because we’re not capable but because we have coordination, balance, and directional issues. Thank you for including workouts for folks like me.

Love all the tips . - I'm defo going for 8 hours sleep instead of the normal 6 !! Going for 500ml water before meals too. Didn't count the tips but they were brill, thanks as always Rick 😂

Thank you so, so much for this less dance-y, more simple, shorter walking workout. These are the workouts I love the most because I can actually do them. Very grateful. Hope you'll continue creating some content like this for those of us who need/prefer more straight-forward walking workouts!!!

Good morning from the 🇺🇸! Thank you so much for this awesome beginners workout at home. I just made 58 on Aug 20th, and I feel really good. I walk 2 hrs 4 days a week with over 20-24 miles a week and workout with VDS GYM, on YouTube. I also do intermittent fasting everyday since April 17, 2023. I have gone down from 190 lbs to 161 lbs.

I started doing WW a year ago . Started with 178 pounds, producing healthy eating habits. Cut out sugar . I walk every day about 15 k steps . Im down to 115 pounds . The issue is, i never started strenght training . So ATM i want to tone and build muscle . Been scolling to search videos fir beginners. Stopped at this one . I haven't started it yet but this is the most helpful video i stumbled upon . I will definitely do this and subscribe. Such a great instructor! 😊

I just wanna pop in and say this is one of the best workout vids for beginners I've ever done!!! I love how he just keeps talking, its like I have a companion w me. I love how he gives solid tips and his chatting keeps me immersed! bravo!

I just tried it and I’m 14, been over weight for a while, and nothing really seems to work. I always end up quoting or thinking it’s not gonna work cause it isn’t making me sweat, and I was debating trying to find another vid but I stuck with it and now I’m REALLY sweating. So encouraging and it’s really nice to see that it works even for people like me, not GERRY obese, but not exactly healthy. I saw a comment saying that one person lost weight in three weeks and that’s what hooked me and it seems like it could work. I will be doing it twice a day for the next month and hopefully I see good results. Keep you posted.
