Really great ! After excercise Im feeling much better :) I am gonna start working with you minimum 4 x per week. It is so good second option after my lessons on gym. Now I am feeling that all is complete ;) ❤

I don’t know if did something wrong, but my abs didn’t burn but my legs were burning even when I did the abs exercises. But I will do it again maybe I’ll see results.😊😊

I just watched the video and planing to do it wanted to ask, my bff is 80 kgs and i am 70 kgs then if me and my friend want to start from today then how many days will it take us to reduce weight to get till 60 kgs ????

This is not intermediate. All I felt during the workout was a rush to do as many moves as possible. The exercise is over before you can feel your muscles working. Left me disappointed and barely warmed up...
