Join me for a 20 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (I'll be using a set of 8lb weights). This routine will be quick paced with LOW IMPACT (no jumping) and NO REPEATS. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

Love the simplicity of the exercises with the killer burn. My injuries over the years don’t allow me to do what I used to, but I’m okay with that now that I found your channel. I get a major burn and sweat on every time.

oh this was awesome! i absolutely love this style of workout, where i'm focusing on strength, but because of the amount of movement and the exercises included, i still get to get my heart rate up and get a good sweat in. i will absolutely be coming back to this routine—thank you so much!

I really need to do more arms daily!! I don’t know why I was focusing on my legs and waist knowing that I need to fix my chest lol. Now my lower body looks good but upper still needs work. I will add this to my daily routine along with other arm videos!! I have so many workouts saved I’m a bit overwhelmed.
