As per my smart watch I was able to burn only 35 calories and not 121 calories in spite of keeping up with your pace.

What day is November 28, 2021

Today I have successfully play the first day of doing this workout. Of course I love doing their walks work out it’s always a blast it always gets my heart pop in my body moving doing this you know waking up it’s always great doing next Saturday at risk getting out your life already start the day off right inside outside

Day 2 today I have completed the second day of doing this workout. I was able to complete this workout after coming home from work I definitely was putting my all into it for some reason but I can’t say that my breath and my heart feels pumped up and if I wasn’t energized now well before, I am definitely energized now and I’m ready to finish out the rest of my day

Day 3 They have successfully completed my third day of doing this work out. Not much DeRosier but I did this first thing in the morning so I do feel energized and awake and ready to begin my day

Day 4 Day four is successfully completed. I am completely out of breath I have almost completely finished my whole water bottle I feel great my heart is pumping did this first thing in the morning before going to work so I am ready I am energized and I am feeling great to be able to successfully do my job at work today my hands feel warm I can feel my blood circulation moving all around I can feel my feet my eyes more alert so I’m ready great workout

Day 5 today is day. Five. And what a work out. I got up bright and early in the morning. I do mean super early, the sun is not even out. That’s how early I did this workout. I am definitely out of breath, my feet up to my thighs are tingling. My arms to my shoulders feel a little tingly and my palms of my hands feel nice and hot or warm I’m not burning but I definitely feel very warm. I can feel my blood circulating within my palms and going through my body. So I guess it’s a good thing. I am definitely awake. I got my jiders out of my system.

Day 6 ; I am out of breath I really put my best into this workout today. I was excited to do this work out coming home from work. What I definitely can say is that as you keep doing the work out you start to feel more excited to do it and you actually want to do it. But overall I feel great I feel my blood going through my veins I feel my heart pumping not too fast but fast enough so good workout for today love it

Day 7 ; The first week of doing this work out has been successfully completed. Today I am definitely out of breath. I definitely was putting in the work. I have an exam to take today so I wanted to definitely do this workout before my exam starts to hopefully wake me up shake my body up and oh my brain to feel nice in charged up and ready to go for this exam. My feet feel like they are on fire my thighs everywhere feels the blood rushing everywhere and I know for a fact that I am now fully awake and I feel fully aware of everything that I am going to do today and what I am going to do for my exam. Great work out this week. I did however want to point out that I lost about 2 inches around my waist as well as around my thighs and legs so that’s pretty cool it’s really great as well as when I take a look at myself in the mirror I can tell that I am continuing to look slimmer and thinner if you want to say. The best part about doing these workouts is there a lot of clothes that I couldn’t fit or a little too tight or now sitting comfortably or or at the part where they are too big for me.

Day 8 what a walk. What a day. I enjoyed it. My back hurts a lot I think I might have pulled a muscle. But what I can say is that my feet and legs are feeling the heat. I dress in not the best outfit. So I was having a difficult time. It was like I was dressed in a sweat coat. The ones that you put on to sweat.

Day 9 What a great workout today. I was able to do this first thing in the morning. It was very relaxing nothing really new no struggles no problems at all my back still hurts but that’s all right

Day 10 I have no idea why I thought it would be a good idea to wear sweats and a big hoodie but I am hot I am burning up but I think it actually made it a little bit more challenging for today. It gave me more motivation to keep doing the workout even with the clothes on. I almost felt like I was going on a hike this time around. I drank all the rest of my water bottle so I’m definitely gonna need another one but I feel great. I can’t believe I’m almost done with doing this work out for two weeks

Day 11 so today is the 11th day that I have done this work out what I will say is that I pretty much did this workout in between work so I did it before work and I did it during work and I did it after work meaning when I had break and I continue to finish off where I left off and then I posit and then I just continued it when I got off work so it was very interesting to had separated into three sections. I think it was very beneficial because I even had some children I work with children who wanted to do it with me so I allowed to do the exercise with me for a little while so I was very fun and a change of pace for me so instead of me just doing it I had my students do it with me so that was really cool and very cute

Day 12 I have successfully completed this work out for the 12 day. What I will say about this workout is that I was able to do it with no problem I didn’t even realize that it was over.

Day 13. What a long day. Very long day at work so coming home and not taking a second more and go straight into this workout I feel even more out of breath but I feel great my left foot has this weird pain sensation going on it might be because I’ve been standing on my 2 feet all day for the most part so I’m not really sure but overall it was a very good work out I really put my best effort into it and since tomorrow will be my last day I definitely will be giving it my all.

Day 14 two weeks have been successfully completed. This exercise actually felt like it took a really long time normally it kind of goes by very fast but this time I felt like two weeks had been going longer than what I expected. But it could be because it’s December and my end of my semester is pretty much getting ready be over and all the different holidays if people celebrate and being banned barded with seeing people doing their thing it’s just a lot. I will say is that the past two weeks doing this exercise it was a breeze it was really easy it was always fun to do I always look forward to doing it and I never had a problem not wanting to do it. I will be heading over to their dance channel and trying out one of their dance videos for two weeks. I am really excited to see what that channel is all about that they just created recently and I will be adding that into my routines as well.
