FAST WALK at home workout in 20 minutes with 15 second exercise changes

This fast walk at home workout will fly by with exercise changes every 15 seconds. We'll complete one move for 15 seconds, then walk for 15 seconds and continue with this format for the whole workout. During the 15 second walking interval, you can cater the intensity for your fitness level by walking slowly, walking fast, jogging or full-on sprinting. Total step count today is 2313 steps (your step count may be different depending on how slow or fast you go during the walking intervals).

Hey guys!! I'm a 74-year-old man and I do one of these varied sessions every morning. I find them to be fun, you don't get bored because the exercises change every 15, 20, or 30 seconds, and they provide excellent mind and body coordination. The cardio workouts are wonderful and the music is motivational and not blaring as other programs offer. Because of a kidney transplant, I no longer go to the gym because of the risk of infection (immunocompromised) from not well-cleaned equipment ( I clean every time) so this cardio program offers an excellent portion of my daily workout. Finally, women seem to be the instructors for so many online programs but I'm not at all into "bulking up" or intense sessions (Hell, I'm 74) so this is just great for me. 10 gold stars for the instructor! Excellent work for us senior guys. This is fun, motivational, and very beneficial to me.

You have no idea how much I love the Countdown Clock! Thank you. The quick format keeps me interested and the 20 minutes is not too long. After a covid and flu vacc 1 in each arm on Thursday, I was comfortable to do the whole format. Muscles no longer sore. Safe for another 6 months!!

I love the new moves! Your new workouts always keep me on my toes--literally! But I am still working through the archives as well. Please keep occasional gentle workouts coming also. I liked the faster pace of this video. The intervals are short, but when I couldn't figure out the step right away, I just did the step through the walking intervals. Definitely got my energy level up! Thanks!
