Oh my word! That was SO good! Exactly what I'm trying to focus on- FUNCTIONAL core (not six pack abs!). This was HARD. Those roll things got me real good! Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

such a good core workout. Finally one that is actually targeting the core instead of doing just abdominal work. Great one! I am looking forward to the rest of the mini-series. The only thing I would like say is about the first excercise: I believe that with the deadbug you stretch the opposite arm and leg (instead of the arm and leg on the same side)

I struggled with the side plank exercises because my knees, ankles, and hips aren’t aligned straight (duck feet 😭) Is there anything I can do to fix this??

i've been working out for 3 weeks and until now i wanted those visible abs BUT in the last few days i realized that i have a week core and i can't even activate my deep core muscles. from today I'll be following your functional core workouts to strengthen my core! thank you so much julia! <3

Excellent variety of movements in this workout, and thanks for hitting the back, too! The only thing I did to balance the sides was repeat alligator roll going then other way. Thanks for the good sequence

Your videos have been an inspiration to my post-accident recovery for hip mobility and this challenged my core enough to see all my improvements (past all the sweat), BUT I kept up - so thank you!!! 🤟 it was too good I repeated it again strength-wise 🤭
