Your beginner abs and post partum workouts helped immensely after pregnancy. Graduated to not requiring as much modification now and can do a lot more moves from all your ab videos. Love this new one, particularly enjoyed the music. I recommend you to all my mom friends with DR.

Really love all of your workouts here! I did your 30 minute pregnancy workout all the way until the last day! It kept me in shape throughout the last two semesters. And now with a 7 month baby, I find this 10-minute workout series, and hear how you have three kids under 5 -- it is just so encouraging that it is possible to stay in shape even after kids, and you make it easy for us with those power workouts! Hey Lindsey how many days a week do you recommend ab workouts to see some results along with of course nutrition... I also want to say that I really enjoyed the choice of music today.. and I enjoy you explaining all the reasons for the exercises I really enjoy you as a influencer your intelligence and your knowledge of what it's working and why it's important explaining everything is so helpful to me and I really appreciate you as a mom as well I'm a mom and I like your workouts cuz they are challenging but they're not too crazy and and the length of time and you're fabulous...
