I'm so happy I found your channel. As a busy mother of 5 who also dances professionally, i don't have the time to work with a trainer because my schedule is so sporadic. I really love your routines. Hard, but manageable. Only thing I needed to modify was the side crunch at 7:30 due to my past spinal injury. I just can´t hold my lower back in that position without pain in my spine. But it´s everyone´s responsibility to know what their bodies can manage.

LOVED IT. Love all the standing ones because I recently twisted my right wrist. So they're great. But this one was good too, not much stress on the wrist!
