Please do not stop the beginner videos!! I have been going through your page and doing one-two workouts a day. I love your videos and find you help a lot with tips on harder or easier movements within your own workout. I find that amazing 🤩. Some of them I physically can't do but i always love changing up the technique just a little bit for us beginners

Honestly I think this playlist should be called "Foundations of Form" or something similar because of how brilliant this is for getting form down before going too hard at the paint with exercise. Even as someone who considers themself an intermediate to advanced level, I still find myself coming back to these beginner workouts to get that mind/muscle connection down to a science. Truly beneficial content, thanks so much for all you do!

I have been doing home workouts with Maddie for almost 3 years now, and it's not just the intense cardio or HIIT workout that makes you feel refreshed and relaxed but also the beginner friendly ones as well. I love HIIT, strength building and cardio workouts but sometimes entering that beginner mindset can make all the difference. How i focus more on my form, trying not to put unnecessary strain on muscles, neck and everything a beginner guided version dictate. So thanks Maddie for your help in keeping me and millions happy and healthy❤

Honestly this workout really relaxed me. Hold on before you come at me- No I am not a pro, don't have a sixpack or am advanced otherwise. I usually do the 10 min intense workouts and everytime I can't do at least 3 exercices (properly), since I have back issues that lead me to not feel my core muscles when doing some ab exercises (No it's not just the form). I am really frustrated sometimes for not being able to get stronger in the whole core like others easily, but this workout was really helpful now, because you explained it so chill and put form over fastness. Even the background music was relaxing. I really liked that you showed some "more advanced" or "less advanced" versions because due to my back issues some exercises are so easy but others are really hard (Because I can train some muscles in the core better than others). I could take a step back from the hard and fast exercises. This released so much tension and anger in me. So thank you really much. I would love to see more ab (and back) workouts where you show "more advanced" and "less advanced" versions of the exercises. Wish you all the best ❤❤❤
