Day 4 done!!! I have an advent calendar, and each time i finish a day i let myself take my little chocolate 😂😂😂 to see people doing their days of December in the comments makes the difference! I feel like im motivated by the others. We all can do it!!!

I really appreciate that you have so many 10-20 minute strength-training videos. As a new mom, I get at most 30 minutes to myself at a time when baby is napping. I love that I can do a 5-minute warm-up/stretch video and then do one or two strength-training videos in my 30 minutes of freedom. Thank you!

I commented last time that once I got my new set of dumbbells, imma do all Maddie’s workouts with dumbbells. And now she’s making a lot of workout videos with dumbbells and I happen to have my very own set of weights that I just got last week so yaaay, now I get to do these!!!🏋🏻‍♀️🙌🏽💪🏽

I memorized a few of your core and booty routines about two years ago and I'm still using them regularly. This was after I screwed my lower back hard in a cycling accident and desperately needed core strength.

My back is better than ever and I've got a very decent sixpack-ish core where there used to be none :). Love your workouts. Now I'm back here looking for more material to memorize. Thanks! Keep it up ✌️

Could you please do some hip flexor stretches or strengthening videos?? Ever since I tried your newest 10 minute ab video, i can seem to stretch enough to get my flexors to not hurt me. This never happened before, and i would just love some sort of guidance and help with that so I'm not in pain when i do your workouts. I love you, and I've been doing this with you for 2 years now! Cant wait for more

I just have to share this, I know that most of the excercises here are built for women's fitness but madfit's workouts the best fit for me. I lose weight fast and when I do long intense workouts that most men do in gyms or at home, I just cant keep up and I become a stick overtime rather than build muscles.

These 10 to 30 minutes produce the best results for me. They dont tire me but I feel pumped everytime, I can finally build mass and maintain a fit body. Thank you!
