I like this girl! Some trainers are very hyper and overpowering. She has a very easy voice to listen to so you don’t get fed up doing repeat workouts. Workouts seem fun and effective. 👍🏼

I did this workout for the first time today and i love that i felt it burn however i still did not stop! I have been doing ab workouts for 6 months almost everyday and my abs are toned!! I’m so happy

I LOVED this 😍 I've been trying to work on my lower abs more, but I struggle to feel motivated for it. This was the most fun I've had working my lower abs ever. The breaks were the perfect length to transition and to keep me going, and the no repeat format kept me engaged and made the workout fly by! When it was finished, I thought, "Already?" I'm normally counting down the seconds to be done. Thank you SO SO much, Maddie. I will definitely be coming back to this one!

Will definitely try this. Been following your 12 min abs workout and after 2 weeks I have developed an upper abs but my problem now is the belly fat. Will add this to my routine.

I have a question, I have quite arched lower back and when it come to legs drop, I can't go so low without taking my lower back off the mat or without discomfort... What can I do to improve it? Or it just fine to drop just far as my lower back keeps on the mat??
