So great that the cardio exercises didn’t require a lot of jumping (I modified the jacks into side leg lifts)! I love being able to get some cardio into indoor workouts!

Perfect workout ! This time I've taken 1kg bottes of water, and not my 3 kg weights ! Today is a day-off in France, so it was a real pleasure to do this workout while it was raining outside ! I miss the beautiful beach in your previous vidéo.. you're the best pilates teacher, Nicole.. I will definitely stop doing fitness and practice pilates. 🥰

Al principio sentía como todo mi cuerpo me dolía y se me dificultaba hacer todo, pero pasados unos minutos me pude concentrar en mi respiración y asi pude terminar todo el ejercicio con concentración y de manera correcta ¡Estoy muy relajada y con energía ahora!
