it's my third day doing pilates with you and i feel incredibly accomplished for the first time in a really long time. i can feel how my relationship with my body improves with every repetition i push myself through and im extremely thankful for that.
just finished today's lesson and while it was challenging, you made it very enjoyable. a huge thank you for your videos, they've been making m mornings, and let's keep training together ! :)

I haven't done Pilates in months due to some emotional nonsense. My core is definitely weak again. This was wonderful. Not too hard or too deep. Thank you so much Nicole you always always deliver exactly what's needed and I'm always so glad that I chose your class. I know everyone says it to you but it truly is like therapy. Currently 21 weeks pregnant and still loving your classes (with the approval of my doctor of course). I was worried about not being able to keep up with my practice during my pregnancy and I am for sure taking things one moment at a time, listening to my body, and making adjustments as needed but I just want to thank you for the different variations you offer during different movements, because that has really helped me during this time. Thank you for this lovely and amazing resource you provide to so many different people in so many different areas of their wellness journey, its been a blessing in my life. <3
