That was absolutely wonderful! I feel cleansed and rejuvenated. Isn’t Pilates just the most divine?! How else can one work up such a “glow” and still feel so calm and relaxed the whole time?? Beautiful!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us nicole. I‘m doing your workouts on a regular basis besides dancing for 3 Months now and I definitely won‘t stop. Pilates is so great for dancers and I love how you work like all those third layer muscles. I‘m getting stronger and stronger everyday and I actually see CONSTANT progress which means sm to me since I tried a tooons of workouts over the years to find that Pilates with you definitely is IT. Also, I used to never „only“ do 30 min Workouts because I felt like it wasn’t enough .. but sometimes after a hard day or whatever it is and with your routines even if it’s just 20 min long it feels so good afterwards. Feeling healthy and strong 💪🏼Pilates paired with dancing is just an amazing combo. Needed to get that of my chest because it means a lot to me, THANK YOU!

Very nice and challenging workout! Definitely broke a sweat! I really like the fact that you do cardioflows instead of just an entire class of pure cardio! Those exercises in between make things all the more enjoyable and allow us to recover energy for a better push on the cardioflows. Excellent as always, Nicole! Thanks again for everything you do for us! You are THE VERY BEST! 🤗👏

Nicole, i just wanted to say thank you so much for all your videos. I have been following you for a few years now and out of all the pilates/yoga instructors i follow, i like yours the best. They are easy to follow, relaxing music in the background and i particularly like you don't over talk it and just prompt what's needed. This was a tricky one but i always feel good afterwards. Much love x
