I just do your videos on repeat because no one else is as good! I love being instructed on my breath and reminded on what muscles to use so that I'm doing the exercises correctly, and I appreciate that everything is so calm and relaxing (even just the background music) so that I can focus and enjoy the movement. I've often struggled with pilates videos, spending too much time looking at the screen trying to work out what the instructor is trying to say and not finding a flow. However your instructions are easy to follow without needing to constantly stop. I can actually enjoy concentrating on my body and working out instead of how to do the moves so thank you! I'll definitely be doing more of your videos.

I can do this! I'm not sure if I'm simply picking classes more in line with my fitness level or if my fitness is improving....or both. But I find myself able to complete the classes more often than, say, six months ago. Thank you for all the thoughtful time and effort you put into developing such a wide variety of offerings, Nicole!

I absolutely love this cardio flow Pilates! I’ve been doing it for two weeks now and I’m very pleased with the results. I do a 20 minute morning yoga flow first to open my hips and warm up my back bc your leg pedals are more difficult if my hips aren’t warmed up and open. I love the results my core is flatter and my legs are leaner! Thank you so much Nicole!

It's amazing how a beginner like me is able to not only follow your workout but sustain it to with your excercises i sweat I lose weight yet i feel relaxed after completing the routine. I would never go back to those draining HIIT videos after this.

I´ve been exercising to your videos for a month and I finally feel like I found something for me. I find myself always thinking "Ugh when is this going to be over" while watching workout videos but I NEVER think that when watching your videos. They are difficult, but you add just the right amount of rests and stretches which always complement the exercise making it not only manageable but fun and it feels good!

I’ve just now found your videos this was my second one I’ve done. Really struggle to get into HIIT workouts and much prefer yoga flows, but sometimes I like to change it up. Your mix of exercises is so perfect for me. I enjoy it the whole way through. Thank you for what you do!! Xx

Today I just tried this workout and fall in love with it!! I do your workouts everyday specially lower body ones. I used to live in SYD. If I had known your class and had chance to attend it, my life in SYD would have been more colorful. Thank you so much for your effort for these workouts!
