Seems like short, 20-30 min videos with a range of different movements and burns REALLY are giving me results aesthetically, mentally, and helping my posture and love of movement again!

Couldn't figure out why I was absolutely DYING for the first 10 minutes...until I realized the playback speed was at 1.25x 🙃 Thank you for setting the pace just right! I find following your flow and breathing is perfect. I'm 5 days in to a month straight of Move with Nicole and am loving it!

I normally find workout instructions difficult to follow. I am officially THE most uncoordinated person at the gym! 🙃 Yet I can easily follow every class of Nicole's. That's the proof of a great teacher. Thank you, Nicole! 👍👍☺️

My friend and I do your classes 4 times weekly. 'We love your workouts and attention to details--alignment, breath, muscles, etc. I am. feeling more youthful, full of energy, stronger, and it has helped my dance performances as a bellydancer/bellydance instructor. You pack a lot in to your classes without it feeling rushed or lacking guidance. Beside being a bellydance instructor for for over 25 years, I taught yoga for 5 years, so can spot an excellent teacherl Thank yu Nicole!

Just did this one, such a great and challenging workout! I love the cardio burst. I’ve been doing your videos 2/3 times per week for a month now and I feel stronger and am seeing definition in my muscles. These videos make me want to work out... thanks Nicole!

I LOVE this format. I push myself harder during short bursts of cardio, and the Pilates sections feel less daunting (but just as difficult - my soul briefly left my body at 17:50). This is a perfect workout for a busy day, or just to keep your heart rate up between Christmas naps by the fireplace. Thank you for the outstanding work you do.
