this was a more relaxing vibe than other workouts:)
I struggled with an eating disorder for years and would do workouts excessively. When I recovered, I couldn't do workouts anymore due to my fear of relapse and that they've become triggers. But I wanted to get stronger and now for my own sake and mental health. Yoga was perfect for me; it made me feel accomplished, strong, and confident. Thanks for putting this out here.

It's amazing how just 10 minutes can transform me. I wasnt' feeling well this morning but I knew if I didn't do yoga, I would feel worse, so I thought this would be the perfect practice. And it was!!! Thanks so much.

I never been into doing anything sports or gym so I was very sedentary. I started doing yoga because looks gracious and I know it wouldn’t make feel like I’m dying for not being able to breath. I’m slowly getting stronger and the poses becoming easier. I feel powerful and I even started to take long walks to extend the benefits. Yoga is amazing and beautiful 😍😍

I love these shorter sessions- a great mix of power and balance - in a very calm way. FEELING SO GOOD, strong and calm now. I like adding them to another short or longer session too when I have time. 🙏🙏🙏 Sarah Beth
