Had a recent surgery so can't work out for a bit, but my wife and I have been following along with your's and nobadaddiction vids for over a year or so now and I'd like to inform you that you've helped me go from 260lbs (118kg) to 180lbs (81.6kg) while my wife went from 160lbs (72.5kg) to 140lbs (63.5kg). Your workouts and a lot of (mostly healthy) caloric deficit eating helped us reach a healthy/fit weight again. We both thank you very much and appreciate the variance you bring to all your workouts. Good time to comment when you can't actually work out, aye?

so nice to have an instructor who also seems to struggle at times haha. I hate those videos where I'm almost dying and the guy has a massive smile on his face throughout.
