Just stared this today. 270lb haven't exercised for 20 years and I couldn't manage the third super set but it's a start! Determined to get fit and fabulous for my 50th in 3 years time!

Thank you for making most of your workouts 30 minutes or less - I'm a working mom and 30 minutes is about all I get! And honestly it's been enough as long as the workout is structured properly :)

You know I’m not sure if I enjoyed my workout today- it’s one of those days when things just feel off; life feels too complex and yet too simple. Did this after a run to round out my workout. I hadn’t done strength training in a few weeks and I definitely felt this 😮‍💨💪

I really loved this one! All major muscle groups in 20 mins time. Working in supersets really strains the muscles when you haven't got a lot of time, and I love how the sets are more organized in a strength sort of way, not a cardio circuit. But I love how you still fit a 1 min rest in when the rest of the workouts are like 20 seconds rest. I replaced the lateral raises with rear delt flyes and it was perf! This is one I'll come back to, I loved it!
