This 20 minute workout will help you build a strong and defined upper body! This total upper body workout includes exercises to target your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps!
We really increase the intensity with this one as we have a long working timer and a short rest timer! Working in this format can really help to boost your muscular build and bonus, you only need dumbbells!
UPPER BODY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT: DUMBBELLS
I'm using 5kg, 7.5kg, & 10kg.
WORKOUT STRUCTURE
2 ROUNDS
5 EXERCISES IN EACH ROUND
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 2 TIMES THROUGH
WORK: 45 REST: 15
45 SECONDS REST BETWEEN ROUNDS
ROUND 1
- SIDE LYING TRICEP EXTENSIONS
- SWITCH SIDES
- WIDE BICEP CURLS
- HAMMER CURLS WITH A TWIST
- PUSH UPS
ROUND 2
- ARNOLD PRESS
- L-RAISE
- SCAPULAR RETRACTORS
- REVERSE GRIP ROW
- CHEST FLYES
