This 20 min upper body workout is such a great upper body workout at home. Your videos are incredible! My dad and I do them together every upper body day - gonna try your 6 week shred challenge next - it's the only challenge I've seen that actually cycles through different body parts

Finally a good upper body routine that makes you feel good. The others have you doing moves that ultimately lead to bad form and basically not doing much good other than the fact you are actually moving. I used 15# but 20# would have made an even bigger impact. When I repeat this I’ll up the weight for sure. Thanks for this great video and more like this will really works out!
