Get an awesome muscle pump with this 20min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout. This is a fantastic home workout with dumbbells focusing on the upper body designed to develop muscle size and an athletic physique.

Ideally for this workout you use two pairs of dumbbells (or adjustable dumbbells). I'm using 12.5kg dumbbells for the first section and 6kg dumbbells for the second section in this video.

Great workout. Was pushing myself on weight and had to drop during the last round of section 1. I know it's an older video, but I'll add that consistency with the set timer would be nice. There were a few times it didn't ding and I found myself behind in switching.

Good pump! I used a mix of dumbbells. Mostly 15k round 1 and around 9k round 2, but 7k for the reverse fly's

Doin the leg/abs dumbbell workout (with the big tune) with 9kg straight away 2x week and this one 9kg first round 4.5kg second round 3x a week for the last month or so. Proper results mate

Turns out I went a bit too heavy on your current workout program and I ended up with a carpal tunnel flare-up... whoops lol. No matter, I figured you'd have something I can do that's a bit lighter and doesn't break my wrist. Love this one, quick but gets a lot done.
