Total Upper Body & Abs | 20 minute home workout with dumbbells

YES to a killer upper body and abs workout! This 20 minute resistance training session is no joke! With minimal rest and aiming to work with heavier than normal weight, this workout kicks things up a notch, to help you get stronger and build muscle!
The only thing needed for this workout will be your dumbbells! A mat, water bottle, and towel will also come in handy!
The structure of this workout is as follows:
Work: 45 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Round Rest: 30 seconds
Exercises: 1 upper body, repeated twice and 1 ab exercise
Finisher: Bonus Burner
In order to build muscular strength, it is important to go heavy enough with your resistance! If you are looking for a challenge, increase your weight for some or all of the exercises! The intensity of the ab exercises can also be increased with added weight, you will see this demonstrated in the workout and modifications will also be offered, when appropriate!
As always, focus on proper form, go at your own pace, work on getting the full range of motion for each rep, go heavy enough, and of course, make it count!
