Follow along and do this very sweaty 20 minute upper body workout using dumbbells. This workout routine is low impact and targets the full upper body including back (traps, erector spinae and latissimus dorsi), chest, arms (bicep and triceps), shoulders, core and abs. This easy to follow resistance training session will help you build muscle, increase your strength, build your endurance, burn fat and calories as well as tone your upper body. Great videos, love them, they get me sweating! I have bad knees 😢 Are you planning to continue uploading your knee friendly workouts? Also is there a mod for the tricep dips, my shoulders lock up and I can only do them by laying down and thrusting up, I know it sounds weird 😊
