▸ ARMS + BACK 🔥 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ TOTAL UPPER BODY 🔥 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ ABS ABS ABS 🔥 30 sec on, no rest
▸ FINISHER 🔥 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

I finished this workout and started crying. I am so beyond proud of how far I've come and the little inspirtational sayings that come up on the screen from time to time during Anna's workouts give me so much hope and they truly do remind me the things I forget to tell myself. Thank you for these videos. Since the month of june i do them and at first it was very hard but now I really enjoy doing your videos, i feel much better in my body and i have lost weight (about 11 lbs in 2 months) . To everyone reading this comment : do not give up you will be proud of you !

I have a question: Why would my upper thigh/leg muscles burn more than my lower ab muscles on certain reps? Has this ever happened to you? ❤❤❤
