This 35 min full body bodyweight HIIT workout includes 4 different sets of exercises with 5 moves within each set. You’ll do each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. Prepare to burn major calories as you tone and tighten your entire body.

Nice routine Jada, good change from weights. One minute rests allow recovery without cooling off so you can put your all in to the next move and do it correctly.
As with many exercise vids, occasionally confusing whether we're still watching a demo, or joining in already, but not a big deal. Join in when ready 😀

Love this workout! Love Jada! But similar to another Gymra class I did recently, this one had 18 ads (at least that's what I think I counted through clenched teeth). Could you please adjust the ads so that there are fewer and they are shorter? I think the ads added at least 5 min to the workout. Thanks!!!
