My wife is always chatting about her Pilates sessions that she does with you - and today, whilst she was out, I felt like a relaxing start to my week... So pulled this workout up. Yah... I truly would like to apologize for insulting you during 33 minutes 😅 It was so HARD !!! I’m at this point in pilates where the beginners class are too easy for me but the intermediate ones are super hard but I can’t wait to come back to this one in a couple of weeks and see if I got better !! Thanks

Woooo, I think I just proved to myself that I wasn't actually ready for the intermediate series just yet but I hung in there. I might have subbed some moves but you kept me pushing through. I appreciate your calming voice and how easy you make everything look.

Hi Nicole, I have been doing your sessions for ages and they are truly superb! Your description of how it should feel is first class. Nobody else does it with such clarity and precision.
I'm not quite as flexible as you are (!) in terms of holding legs up / bending and so some sessions focused on creating more mobility (lower back / hamstrings I presume) would be really beneficial. Thanks.

After being done with competition dance, I have felt my muscles, flexibility, and overall fitnesses decline. I have had a really difficult go at finding time to the gym/ working out, until I found this channel! I have been aiming to exercise with Nicole everyday, and I have been loving it. Hi Nicole, this was a great workout, really challenging but enjoyable! I do a lot of pilates, yoga and hiit classes, so I put a lot of pressure on my wrists. It would be great to see a few more wrist free pilates videos please :)
