Your barre workouts are what drew me to your channel and while I’ve done a lot of your challenges, I really love your barre and Pilate classes! Please please do more!

This is my favorite Pilates workout so far!! Dripping sweat!! Was a struggle for me as my vertigo is back, but I made it through. I’ll definitely repeat this one once my vertigo calms down. ❤🔥😅

I loved the tripod push-up series!! I’ve been repeating Build30 & yesterday was day6. It’s funny how I used 20 lbs for push/press and today my 10 lbs felt SO HARD! I love the variety of your workouts!!

The barre class pumped me up so much that I did this one right after, I've never sweat so much🤣 and the shakkkkes, omg love the shakes. Also can we talk about Rachel’s growth. I’ve been doing NML for a few years and I love this more confident, more extroverted Rachel. Beautiful personality- both of you 💚💚

Hayyyy! This was most excellent and I really think you should do one of these a week…make it a rotation staple! I can’t do your other workouts now…😢😢😢…Pilates and swimming are what I can do and light weights! I got my sweat on, as usual, with your workouts!

That was amazing!!! I’ve had a lot of issues with my hips after my pregnancy ( had to go to PT because the left side was locked up in the joint, PP-9 months) and this hit exactly where I needed it to!!! Thank you!!!
