Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Let’s do this. I’m a chubby teenager who wants to look a lot skinnier but most of all I want a flat stomach. I will commit I won’t give up like others I promise! I’m combining this with her “full body fat loss in 14 days” (that one is 12 minutes long if you want to combine them)
Day 1: ✅Wow the burn is real! I had to take a few breaks between all the plank work but I did it!
Day 2: ✅ I had a few breaks which is fine because I’m not that strong. Wow the I did some cardio before the workout as someone said in the replies (thanks btw)
Day 3:✅ I did take breaks but not as many as yesterday which I’m happy about. If you’re gonna do this too remember it’s 20% exercise and 80% what you eat. I’m eating a lot healthier then I did before and I’m only drinking water. You can do this stay strong remember why you chose this workout!
Day 4:✅ wasn’t very motivated today but I still did it! (I ate a lot today oops! One day out of 14 can’t hurt anyone right?) I am sweating rn Lilly is literally so good at making me want to exercise idk how she does it! Thanks! Okay I can’t see them but I can definitely feel my abs under my fat! I’m so happy!
Day 5: ✅My neck aches! Well seriously ( I know I’ve said it a lot but) THE BURNNNN 🔥🔥🔥 I’m gonna admit my stomach has gone down a little bit. Only the slightest but it’s something!
Day 6:✅ Did it today but wasn’t very healthy, I will definitely eat a lot better from now on. I am starting to see results though. They’re tiny but they’re still there
Day 7: ✅ tysm for all the likes and motivation it really means a lot to me. I switched to the modification on some of the plank stuff because I’m weak but I didn’t take any breaks today I can tell I’m getting stronger.
Day 8:✅ I started school today😭😭😭😭😭 I do a lot of walking around at my school and it’s like a mile walk there and back so that’s cardio done! Wasn’t very motivated today still did it. Today was one of those many days where I feel like not eating or just purging. That proves that school is ✨ T O X I C ✨
Day 9:✅ well I am definitely seeing results. I used to have a bump on my upper stomach and that’s fine. Also my lower stomach has gone down a LOT. Thank you so much Lilly idk how you do it💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻! I have taken before pictures so if you want I can post my results on there (it won’t be a full video review just the before and after pictures)
Day 10: ✅not long left! I might continue this afterwards but i won’t update that until I see full results. This really is working though you just have to stay motivated!
Day 11:✅ did it! So proud of everyone else who’s doing it too! You will get results I’m seeing a difference! TYSM for all the likes and motivation it really means a lot
Day 12:✅ Did it, still feeling the burn, seeing results
Day 13:✅ One day to go! You can do it! Definitely seeing results stay commited
Day 14:✅ YES I FINISHED! TYSM for all of the motivation it really helped me. I saw so much of a difference I would definitely recommend this workout

Day one ✅ this burned but I did it
Day two ✅ it still burned but not as much
Day 3 ✅ Same as usual
Day 4 ✅ I had so much energy
Day 5 ✅ I started to see a difference
Day 6 ✅ my stumach feels hard which is good
Day 7 ✅ feeling so good about myself
Day 8 ✅ less burn
Day 9 ✅ not that bad
Day 10 ✅

Day 14 ✅ I was so proud of myself
I could see a difference in my body and now I am so motivated to get my dream body!

Hey guys! I did this workout for two weeks and I see a major difference. It does work but your gonna be really sore just push through and keep going, it's so worth it! I had a flat stomach just wanted to tone up and this definitely did the trick. Stay consistent!
