10 MIN WEIGHTED ABS - Dumbbell Ab Workout | Caroline Girvan

Ten minutes of working on strengthening our ab muscles and entire core! A dumbbell ab workout perfect for post any workout or even on an active rest day along with a stretching routine!
All you will need is your mat and x 1 dumbbell. The dumbbell I am using is 8kg.
Every exercise is different however there will be a staple within each 20 seconds post each exercise; the staple appearing after every 40 seconds is LEG LOWERS! This can be performed with bent legs, alternating, head off mat looking up and forward or with head on mat! It is completely what suits you! Just ensure the level you lower to allows for the lower back to be tight against the mat.
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of each exercise, with the staple of 20 seconds inbetween!
