Ten minutes of working on strengthening our ab muscles and entire core! A dumbbell ab workout perfect for post any workout or even on an active rest day along with a stretching routine!

All you will need is your mat and x 1 dumbbell. The dumbbell I am using is 8kg.

Every exercise is different however there will be a staple within each 20 seconds post each exercise; the staple appearing after every 40 seconds is LEG LOWERS! This can be performed with bent legs, alternating, head off mat looking up and forward or with head on mat! It is completely what suits you! Just ensure the level you lower to allows for the lower back to be tight against the mat.

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of each exercise, with the staple of 20 seconds inbetween!

I had a lot of fun with this workout! It’s full of movements that I personally love! We all have our favourites don’t we?? 😁

I was feeling so sad this morning. Initially, I was just going to sit on the floor in my bedroom and cry but I decided to try and workout. I searched for weighted ab workout and yours was the first to pop up. I finished this workout with 12lbs dumbbell. I feel so good already. Thank you for this workout.

Me and 13 yo my daughter started following various fitness youtubers every week since Covid-19 2nd wave hit Jakarta and made Indonesia rank #1 in the worldmeter for number of daily cases back in May or June this year hoping that we can improve our imune and survive the nightmare.

But, when we found you Caroline, we immediately fall in love with your workout programs because you are so encouraging with your warm smile.

We would had to hold each other’s legs to do sit ups before and pause your videos several times in the middle to catch our breaths and can only use 2kg dumbells at each hand.

Now we can do our situps by ourselves, no more pausing videos, our dumbells are 5kg at each hand and we join your videos 3x a week now because its so addictive.

And the best part is the refreshed feeling we obtained that washes away all the fatiques from long and stressfull office works and study.

We couldn’t thank you enough for this. Love you Caroline, keep up the spirit ❤️

This was a killer! I can't stop working out with Caroline Girvan, every time I try a different PT's video I find myself thinking "this is quite easy"...instead, Caroline provides us with very EFFECTIVE and challenging workouts, she never disappoints !

Here’s a tip: if every time you do the leg lowers, instead of keeping your arms straight up if you angle them back slightly (as long as you keep your back on the mat) you really get a great stretch in the abs and also work those triceps. It made it all that more intense! Each time I’d try to angle back my arms a little bit more.

woah. this is my period week and this week's workout format allow me to push hard in a shorter time which is perfect when i feel my energy is a bit low. always did the add-ons and feeling very accomplished and energized after! thanks as always caroline and have a good one everyone! ❤️‍🔥

I love ab routines just like this! Adding the weight is a great way for me to slow down a smidge and really feel my way through the motion of the exercise, taking out any momentum. Great burn in 10 minutes time! Thank you! Good luck everyone and good job!
