The trick with this exercise is to make sure you are barely swaying from side to side when you switch legs. (y)

My trainer has me doing 1 armed banded kettlebell suitcase marching and I love it. Superset 10 on alternating legs after 8 bulgarian split squats. Switch arms after 10 reps.

Doing suitcase carry walks will peel your sides open like no other exercise, it feels amazing

Last month I incorporated 4 sets of 50 metre slow suitcase carries (both sides) and the next 4 days, my obliques were viscerally sore (like the good kind of pain).

Since then I've rewritten my routine having suitcase carries hold the same or even more of an importance than the squats and deads.

I moved furniture for 10 years while working out for 3hrs a day. I weighed 185 pounds was 4% body fat and guys much bigger never understood why my lifts were so much heavy then there's. The work outs push/pull/hinge/load. If you want to strengthen your body look up that process
