Here’s a very basic and super effective abs/6pack workout for all kind of levels that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go because does not require any gym equipment at all. To get the best results out of it all you need is consistency and commitment. Takes less then 3 weeks to show up the results if you push it hard to the limits every day. I’m 15 in my 11th year. Got bullied for being ‘fat’. Did this workout for a few months every day. The pool party at the end of year 10 was a big surprise to everyone considering I had worn sweatpants and a baggy t shirt to it. Had an amazing white bikini on underneath and when I tell you how many guys drooled over me- thank you for making me feel comfortable in my body again

Hey everyone! I’ve been doing this ab workout for about 6 months almost every day and I went from having no abs to some rock solid ones! I must say it took a lot of committing at first, but then it got better and I was able to do this efficiently in my everyday routine! DONT GIVE UP AND PUSH THROUGH YOU GUYS GOT THIS!!!

To all of you who maybe still unsure or questioning if this workout is efficient or not, it TRULY is! It works out all the different muscles in your abdomen including your obliques, lower abs, and upper abs. If you feel a burn in your abs while doing this, you know that its working. After about a week and a half, you’ll definitely see some improvement and definition in your abs! And if you can, try to push yourself to not take any additional breaks to the 10 seconds. I hope you guys continue this workout, I’ve 100% definitely saw some improvements in my abs! You guys got it!

I’ve been doing this workout for exactly 3 weeks along with Keto diet(I try to keep my carbs under 30) and drink a lot of water. I’m 6 3” and when I started I was 203. Now I am 196 and I feel great. The progress is showing but I’m definitely going to keep this going and hopefully by summer I can have a defined 6 pack😁. UPDATE, it has been 5 weeks and I can see good definition and I am down to 193.

Day 5 - I feel the burn in my abs in the start but that burn goes away by the end of this routine
And I don't understand why.
Day 8 - when I flex I see a tiny bit of abs

Tip - we do bicycles two times, Do the first time slowly and in normal speed for the second time
Day 9- don't feel a thing, after doing this routine but I did feel some crazy burn while doing the V-ups
Day 11- I can literally see my abs when i flex and it hasn't even been two weeks

Literally after only a week of doing this daily, I've become SO much more flexible than I thought was possible, and can stim train a million times more than I ever have before. And I have actual strength in my abs to life myself like in the first exercise, which I couldn't even lift my back off the floor before starting. ON DAY I literally can't believe this works. I NEVER thought a workout vid on youtube would ever do anything useful for anybody but holyyyy shit! Dude you're amazing.

Been doing this for 1 month and the results are amazing!! Don’t know how to share the results but the training is awesome! I added for myself after 3 weeks on the end the side plank to work on the love handles. And the roller to work on the lowest muscles. Its unbelievable i was able to do a full role flat on the belly by only following his routine.

Year one of finding Rowans videos. I had such a problem creating a six pack on pilates alone. So I started adding on Rowans videos to my workouts and the change is drastic!! My waste got smaller and my abs are clearly defined. Rowan isn't just for men! Ladies do not miss out! He really changed my body and my self esteem! Thanks Rowan!

Gonna keep results log here to keep me motivated (stole this idea):

I've been putting this off for 2 weeks now and finally decided to do it!

Day 1: I got through the whole thing barley though it was really hard I took a 5 minute break at 8:08 but got straight back into it finishing ( technique probably wasn't on point I did my best though)

Day 2: Ngl I was gonna skip today although I just pushed through it was harder than yesterday due to the pain in my abs from yesterday although i was able to get through the whole thing no break unlike last time. I really tried better form it was just really hard so some parts my legs were not the straightest.

Day 3: Today was strange because I had the most pain from before it really hurt but somehow i found the exercises easier and a lot better form (not perfect but definitely better). Overall no extra breaks and better form but starting was a lot harder

Day 4: Hardest day yet no drive and just really tired and sore my abs hurt so much before this from these workouts it was low effect and overall rushed with incorrect form, at least I did it though I wasn't going to... I took no extra breaks (cause no effort put in) over sort of disappointed with today but happy I tried.

Day 5: Really Hard because I realised energy can be a big factor while I was doing this I was going off really bad food ( Chocolate and tacos) because I was at a festival before hand also I was really tired, although I didn't have any prior pain I found it a lot harder to put in effort with bad form and overall lack of effort

Note: Eat better food that have more sustainable energy

Day 6: overall best day this past week, massive improvement with form and finally starting to get through the whole thing easily and i eat better nutrition . Overall no extra breaks good form and no prior pain so really easy.

Day 7: Same as yesterday, It was a little harder but mostly generally easy with good form and no extra breaks as well as no prior paing. I can feel the improvement and how much easier it's getting.

Note: I'm having 4 teeth removed tomorrow and depending on the pain I may not be able to do the workout but i'll try my best

Day 8 & 9: I skipped both of these days i do admit they were not necessary to skip but i just wasn't up for it

Day 9: Although i may have skipped 2 days surprisingly the rest helped i'm back with more energy and really good form overall no extra breaks and I think i did really well i'm also starting to notice faint ab outlines when i flex.

Day 10: Same as yesterday I went at it harder though making me more tired now but overall really proud of what I can do now, Generally really good obvious progress and its crazy reading back on some of these workouts that i've done seeing the progression

I've really felt the abs whit this excercise. I was accustomed with the other abs workout. Congrats for the million Rowan!
