I know I'm late but I just want to say that I did the entire excersize and the part that was most difficult for me was the reaching excersize. I am proud of myself for not giving up because I really am the type of person that once I get tired I stop, but I still pushed myself to continue ☆☆

Its definitely a an effective excercise I've been doing this for a week with other excercises and i can definitely see the difference and i also lost 2 kg 😁.
