Here’s a complete abs workout to target the upper and lower abs as well as obliques.

This is a circuit with no rest between exercises.

Leg lift with hip raise 20s
In and outs 20s
Toe touches 20s
Heel taps 20s
Elbow to knee side crunches 20s
Twisting Mountain climbers 20s

Rest for 1 min and repeat the cycle 3 times!

From someone who also has an 8 pack and good obliques, I only do 2 exercises: power tower leg raises and russian twists.

I just wanna say thanks, cause I've been doing abs for a year now, and I saw a heavy difference in my 4 month, but didn't really improve much at all the next 6 months and I slacked off the last 2 months, but this really helped cause I was only doing normal sit ups

Thanks so much I always would try to find exercises and now I found one so now I’m going to have a nice journey with my abs but I’m at a very very young age and I think I’m fat but I want abs and I been wanting them now and don’t have to wait a year for it but I’m going to wait and slow down on food and eat salads and go on a diet and tell my family I’m going to a diet

Question for all work out enthusiasts. I am a 16 y/o male that weighs roughly 155lbs. I currently work out at my house and would say I have lean muscle. I do often find myself snacking on goldfish, oatmeal cookies, etc. but I have a very high metabolism rate. So I never really gain weight, I plan to use creative and protein supplements when 11th grade starts. My question is that is it ok that I eat like I do, I do eat relatively healthy and I’m made good meals, but like I said, I do like to snack on junk food.
