Finally some confirmation on this! I used to use a single wheel ab roller 30 years ago and had absolutely ripped abs. There's really nothing like it guys!

I incorporated these after my disk herniation. Now, months later I can do sets of 20 of standing ab wheel rollouts without pain and with good form. Excellent piece of equipment. The best way to train the abdominal muscles in my humble opinion.

Another great video as always. I've heard to keep ur and braced/tight when walking etc to stay strong. But how do u breath normally while doing that?

Hello there!
I've got shoulder impingement syndrome, I'm doing those exercises seen by you and they're really helpful. I was thinking doing this exercise seems similar to the one what you do on the bed when you push your palms down and walking back and forth, so was thinking to add this exercise to my healing program?

I used to do this a lot -I think its a lot better than the twister board I used to do and think I always had a bad back then

Is the ab wheel safe to do if you have sacroiliac joint dysfunction ? My SI joint keeps popping out. I know you have SI joint videos, but how about one with additional muscle group stretching for SI joints, such as safe ones for glutes, hamstrings, psoas etc.
You guys are wonderful for helping so many people and actually answering people's questions.

I searched for an exercise for diastasis recti and this came up. Also have a small abdominal hernia. I’m not supposed to create intrabdominal pressure like in sit-ups so hopefully this is ok.

Focus on not moving your butt/hips keep your hip and legs in a 90 degree angle as a "stop mark", roll out and when you roll back roll as close to your knees without tumbling over but not "sitting back" on your butt either. This is the way to work the abs far more than if you sit back on your butt each rep. Kind of comparable to the kipping pullup
