This 10 min abs workout is a perfect finisher to any workout or great for active rest days along side cardio!

Please remember... ab specific workouts will not reduce fat from the tummy area. Ab and core workouts strengthen the entire core and allow for improved definition depending on body fat levels and where fat is stored.

I know you have all heard abs are made in the kitchen...rather they are revealed relating to your body fat percentage and this can be different for everyone. In regards ‘the kitchen’ this relates to your calorie intake versus calories burned. To lose body fat, you must be burn more than you intake; this can be done through your nutritional intake and/or increasing cardio!

It is better to reduce calories very slightly so you have energy to continue to train... and cardio will increase your energy expenditure so I would definitely recommend considering how to implement for cardio into your day/week. It could be a walk daily, a run twice per week, cardio workout at home that is steady state (as apposed to stopping and starting), rather keeping that heart rate steady increased pace if you are aiming to reduce body fat. Paired with strength training to burn calories (heart rate is elevated during points and muscle increases your metabolism!) and HIIT (much higher spikes in heart rate).

I feel like Caroline is turning into some type of guardian Angel 😅. Every time I need her workouts she is there 👌👌❤️❤️. I was looking at previous abs workouts we did during the epic program, and now here she is with a brand new one🤗🤗

This is one of my personal favorites, though it’s been 3 years it’s absolute amazing and this is mine I’ll keep you all updated..
Day 1:✅ bit hard but gave it my all I really felt good(I’m am a 14 year old girl so plz don’t be to harsh) couldn’t wait
Day 2:✅ easier only got 25 mins(I do 30 mins every day), also going to keep going
Day 3:❌ I had soccer practice, going to do it twice tomorrow
Day 4:✅ I did do it twice starting to see results!!
Day 5:✅ my mom complemented me said i was getting stronger, it was the weekend so got a hour!
Day 6:❌ had to go to a funeral(my grandma died), little unmotivated to continue but I pushed through
Day 7: ✅did it twice again, felt good, definitely recommend

I actually struggled with this one :^) I've been in the Army for almost 30yrs and have done A LOT of sit ups! I actually had to work for this one. THANKS!!!

This was an add on to COMPLEX series D3 and it was a great standalone workout too! I focused more on how each of the groups of exercises felt today and both my quality and quantity improved (though by very different measures).

The first time I did this workout, it was hard😩
I couldn't do some of the exercise well but now that I did it again I can feel a difference it got better than the first time. I'mma keep doing this till it gets very easy.


I don't know who needs to hear this but it will be hard at first and you might not be able to do some of the exercise. Focus on getting the correct form of the workout it doesn't matter if you can't do it for 30 or 40 seconds but you did it, it's all about progress not perfection. I'm rooting for you 🤗👏

Did this one with my husband today. He rarely works out, so this was a little difficult for him. It made me proud of the progress I've made the past 2 years because I remember feeling that way when I 1st started

(Monday, 18th Jan 2021) I decided I am going to do this work out first thing in the morning for at least one week! I still have troubles with some of the exercises (especially from the 2nd set) and I want to get strong enough to do them properly!🔥 +it’s a great 10 min work out that will surely help me wake up :D So I am writing this here for accountability

Day5:✅ Today I woke up and I was pleasently surprised to see my abs quite more defined in the morning :o Not only that, but I wasn’t able to do a single hip lift on the 1st day. I was able to do 5 today!! (not all of 5 being super perfect but it’s still progress) After working out I had some healhty pancakes for breakfast! It was a beautiful morning, thanks Caroline🥰

Great ab workout. I love how she explains the form at the beginning of her video. She doesn't rush through her movements, but has a steady and controlled movement.
