Last week I went to a meeting for my company and I had at least 30 people ask me what I was doing to stay in shape. I do CrossFit at home and your workouts in my garage. I’ve always been in shape but wow. Your workouts have really changed my life. I have better cardio and I’m toned all over. I have defined abs and 3 toddlers! Probably the best combination of little video features I've seen so far:
1. High contrast full screen view of what comes next just when I want it.
2. High contrast easy to understand progress bar.
3. Different music with words and tempo corresponding to the type of the workout.
4. Big high contrast exercise names and countdown.
5. No bullshit intros.

Other guys and girls in the category should do it like that too.
Especially pleasant to see the gradual improvement from old videos to the new ones.

Love all of your trainings! Not repetitive, always challenging but doable with a little practice. After 3 month of doing your 30 min hit trainings 3 times a week, alternating with the specific short trainings, I lost 3 kg and I feel really energized. Thanks a lot for all your work!

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from site Next Level Diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 8 lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

I just found randomly this channel two weeks ago and I am already hooked to it. I follow you religiously for my home workout. I like it how you keep it real and raw. Taking pauses between the reps. Feels like there's someone who's working out with me. No unnecessary editing and bgm, straight to the point. When you mix Aquaman and Thor, Dan emerges 😉😄.

Nice I did this one and my abs are on fire. I’m still doing your 12 day Ab challenge but I did this one since it was a 5 minute day today. Gonna try to do this routine twice a week once I finish your other workouts. You are the best!!!!

Hi Dan! Big fan of your workouts. Just finished legs and drenched in sweat. One thing that I wished SO BADLY is that you would do a warmup before your workouts. I would love to just turn your video on and have it cover me from warmup to cool down all the way through. I am left on my own in those two areas and I KNOW I’m cutting corners 😄.
