If you are new to working out, or have a weak core, this is an ideal workout to do daily to improve your core strength over time. Each of the movements are modified exercises from some of our more advanced workouts so we recommend doing this routine daily/weekly, until you can progress to some of our more advanced core workouts on the channel. I live in the forest where the nearest gym is miles on miles and I just want to say you guys are SAVING me with these workouts! thank you so much for doing these. Day one just did this ab workout and your 20 minute dumbell arm workout and I am sweating and got a nice little pump going

My core used to be A1 but since my c-section, my core is SO WEAK. I didn’t realize how weak until I found two of these moves very hard for me to do (the knee tapping and the rotating plank). But I’ll keep at this until I re-strengthen my core. 😊

Loved it! I've been doing your workouts for 2 yrs and this one was a nice add on to the 35 min full body dumbbell set. I was just thinking I need to strengthen my core, I don't feel like I target that enough and this was nice! I felt the burn and it helped me to focus on form! Thank you VERY much!!! Always greatly appreciated!!!

We have COMPLETELY stopped getting notifications, we were busy doing the 30 minute drop set and can do this in the morning before the 30 minute dumbbell hiit. You two are a blessing!!!!

10 mins of abs, 30 dips, 30 pull-ups, 30 kb deadlifts (rotating sets of 10).

Great way to start a morning if you in the over 40 and fit club.
