Do this ab workout DAILY OR EVERY TWO DAYS until it (Level 1 ABS) becomes easy and then you progress to Level 2.

LEVEL 1 - 4 AB WORKOUT INSTRUCTION

For the 4-level AB workout program, you want to start at Level one and do that every two days. At the end of each week, determine if the level you’re currently doing has now become easier. If it hasn’t, stay at that level but if it has, then you move on to the next level. Repeat this until you can complete level 4 easily.

60. I’ve been working out everyday for 60 days straight. And this was the video that started me off. Day 1 I could manage maybe half this video. Next week I could get through everything but those damn side tucks. Mid week three I completed the whole thing without screwing up once! But I was still a sweaty mess at the end. Since then, I’ve hit the gym, started aerobics training and now today is the first day I’ve done it and didn’t break a sweat!

If your reading this and it’s your first day trying, know that you can do this! Do it your own way! Your own pace! Doesn’t matter how long it takes!

Be proud that you are making a conscious choice to BE BETTER, TO BECOME BETTER! That makes you amazing!

I have been exercising since 2020, from 110 to 85 KGS. After that I quitted doing my exercises in 2022 due to school works and went back to 93 KGS. 10 days ago I saw this video in my fyp and I was like "I want to go back to exercising". Since that day I lost 3 KGS.
