So, around a month ago I was doing some hardcore exercises and when I finished my routine I felt a terrible back pain that lasted about 3 days and after that I was scared of doing exercises, but now I'm finally back, this time I'll take it slow and this routine it's perfect to start. Wish me luck guys and of course stay safe and healthy 😊

I’ve done this one a few times. Probably my favorite ab exercise because it keeps it slow & easy so I can focus on engaging my core & I don’t end up accidentally cheating. Thanks for a challenging but accessible workout!

This was perfect- I didn't realize how weak my lower abs were until I tried the intense lower abs video- barely made it through. I definitely needed something a little less intense for lower abs and this was great. Thank you!

I really love how these workouts teach me about keeping my form, its not just about throwing the workout at me but teaching me to do the exercises properly too. It makes such a huge difference and it definitely makes these workouts 100% more effective for me than they would be otherwise 💙

I really appreciate your workouts! I’m a 51 year old chick and have issues that make it difficult for me to do HIIT. Your zero to low impact with zero weights have been a life saver. I had nearly given up on ever being able to workout again. This core workout was just perfect for a newbie. Keep them coming.
