10 minute Abs Workout & Core Exercises for Beginners & Seniors

This 10 minute quick workout will exercise all areas of your core including: upper and lower abs, obliques and the back. Exercises will be performed in four different body positions to work all these areas. We will NOT just be doing different crunch variations. There are lots of unique moves to challenge you and work towards progressing. Take a break if you need to. Always remember to draw your navel down towards your spine. This is not only correct form, but it also protects you from using your lower back. You also always have the option to support your head and neck with your hands or lower your head and shoulders to the floor if you are feeling too much tension in your neck.

I just found your channel by accident and I am so happy I did … being close to my senior years I truly appreciate finding a program that allows me to exercise my body by strengthening and stretching . Easy to follow but still intense. When I go to the gym I never know what to do first and I am bit overwhelmed, but by following your videos I can focus on what’s important for me! Love ❤️ it !! I did this one after a full body cardio and strength, then the 10 minute glutes and then abs. Hope I feel those abs tomorrow! ☺

Thank you Laren! Although I do work on my core, it never seems to get as strong as I would like. When will I be able to hold a plank without dying LOL. I so appreciate your challenging but doable workouts to help get stronger especially as I age! Love the variety on your channel.
